Following the successful delivery of a project for Tristan Capital Partners at another global location, &UP was appointed to transform the company’s new Luxembourg office. Located in the growing Cloche d’Or district, the new workplace reflects Tristan’s international outlook while creating an environment tailored to the needs of its Luxembourg team.
A New Workplace Culture
The design marks a shift from a traditional office environment towards a more open and collaborative workplace. Designed to support Tristan’s emphasis on teamwork, creativity and shared expertise, the space encourages interaction while giving employees greater choice in how and where they work.
Balancing Collaboration and Focus
Alongside the more social areas, a considered mix of open workspaces, meeting areas, phone booths and quieter spaces provides flexibility for different working styles. Natural light, carefully considered finishes and comfortable settings create a workplace that balances connection and concentration, supporting both individual performance and collective activity.
The result is a modern Luxembourg workplace that reflects Tristan Capital Partners’ international identity while providing a flexible and welcoming environment for its people.
A Hub for Connection
A café and flexible forum space at the entrance create a welcoming social hub, establishing an informal focal point for the office. Shared spaces positioned centrally throughout the floor encourage spontaneous interaction and connection between teams, supporting the collaborative culture that is central to Tristan’s approach.
